Make it Simple- The Proffesional life..

I m 22 year old, simply new to the real world but quite old in the literal term 'world'

Just 10 months before I bid adieu to student life and now it is all about profession. These crucial 10 months of my life taught me something that i thought is worth sharing.



The basic discovery I made coming to the proffesional world is that it is all about execution. By execution I donot mean the civil execution as I belong to Civil Engineering. In nut shell it can be defined as " It is all about execution and not intentions when it is concerned with proffesional life, On the contrary it is more about intentions than that of execution when it is personal"



Above statement is self explanatory you need to produce results no matter how you feel about it. Company pays to get work done in on before time limits. If you add on with creativity it is great but better intentions of being innovative might land you in critical situation facing towards the doors. So if you are an ordinary person better choose not to be creative.

Over a great period of my life time I Believed world is moved by the power of brain but now I understood the catch in it,"World is moved by power of brain, when you have the power to own it." You cannot move others world. OWn it and change it, make it or destroy it.!!!

Sounding harsh... Welcome to the World!!!!

Still want to see the greener side??? There remains one posiblility, try it..."Enter the corporate from the top..."Make a firm of your own. Then you can choose to be Narayan Murthy or Vijay Malaya. You can be Warren Buffet, Bill Gates or Sir Richard Branson!!! All Icons yet different. The only thing that joins all is the ability to take high risk, superior degree of creativity & novelty, and ofcourse a highest degree of aim....
So, generate the power within yourself that is above the masses, If you can, you belong to the classes!!!!

But mind it you cannot be a mediocre here... You ought to be an extra ordinary, either by birth or my hard work ( smart work might pay better!!! ;) )

So the bottom line remains the same- Make it simple!!!
Choose one way either that of execution, companies pay a lot to get their job done, get your job done perfectly and enjoy your world!!! Give your employer what he wants. Donot choose to be inovative to change the system that is owned by someone else (minor changes might be accepted)
Or choose to be a maverick, think different and own the world..
At the end what matters is the tranquility you have when you go back to bed...


Note: These conclusions are drawn by my perspective of a newly joined employee at a junior level managment... It might differ for top level of manager!!!
